Pickmere Art Group would welcome any resident interested in drawing or painting. This is a very
friendly group who meet on Monday mornings between 10.30am and 12.30pm at various venues. You are
assured of a very warm welcome.

Pickmere Photographic and Heritage Society meets on the third Thursday of the month, normally at
the Village Hall. There are two photographic contests each year for the members as well as talks
and social events. If you have an interest in photography or your local heritage get in touch
for more information.

Pickmere & District W.I. meet on the last Wednesday of the month at the Village Hall. Meetings start at 7.30pm. Any Pickmere ladies who are interested should contact Miss Jean Pomfrett, the Secretary on 01565 733325
Pickmere Community Group Events
Santa is coming to Pickmere again on Wednesday 14th December so make a note in your diary.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be served as usual and there will be carol singing around the tree led by Santa, helped by Mereside Brass and Anna Walton.
If anyone is willing to donate a bottle of red wine or some mince pies please leave them with Gina at 81 Pickmere Lane.
Pickmere Summer Fun Day
The Group wish to thank all who helped at the Fun Day and indeed all the events throughout the year. The Fun Day alone raised over £1500 for the benefit of our village.
